Chef Fee for Dinner, Cocktail & Après Ski Parties
 
TBD depending upon function
 
The average billable time for a private dinner party is 10 hours but can vary based on the complexity and size of the event.  An estimate will be given for your event.
  

 

Chef's Assistant Fee

 

$25 per hour- There is a 6 hour minimum

 
Server/Bartender Fees
 
Server/Bartender Fee- $30/hr per server per event with a minimum of 4 hours
  
20% gratuity will be added to the final bill. 
 
*If you feel the service was exceptional, additional gratuity is always welcome.*
 

Rental Fees
 
Rental fees are determined on an individual need basis. We have access to all item such as additional tables and chairs, glassware, flatware and china, special linens, and equipment for hot buffets service. We will be able to give you a quote on all your rental needs once they have been determined.

Wine delivery fee $25
Cake delivery fee $35

Set up Fees
 
Some functions will require a set up fee and will be layed out in the initial function quote.
All prices do not include Sales taxes: It will appear on your final bill.  We do not accept credit cards. 
Preferred method of payment is Check.
